As with many great companies, LivingScape luxury builders was created because its founders were once “dissatisfied consumers”. Having each worked for several years within the industry, the husband and wife team of Pat and Maureen Bezenar had both heard and experienced
the countless construction and renovation “nightmare” stories.
Stories about poor quality work, the grouchy tradespeople that are
always late (if they  show up at all), and the overall low level
of service in the industry. So they formed LivingScape because they
saw the opportunity to provide a better consumer experience.
At LivingScape, we provide a more rewarding experience by offering “boutique service” that is not usually found - or even expected – within the renovation & construction industry. Like any boutique you might shop at, we’re not interested in being the biggest – only the best luxury builder. We offer more attentive, personalized service, and offer superior products of a higher quality. We take a more professional approach towards working with you, and you benefit from our traditional, hands-on, team approach to your project. We see our business through your eyes. So while the bottom line is always important, to us it comes second to delivering a finished product that you (and we) can be proud of. And we do all this at a fair and reasonable, full disclosure cost-plus percentage basis. It has been the key to our success.
