Pat and Maureen Bezenar founded LivingScape Homes & Renovations in 2001 on the belief that home renovation companies and custom home builders in Calgary were leaving substantial room for improvement. With our years of experience working in the construction industry - and as renovation clients ourselves - we had heard and experienced countless stories about renovations and home improvements gone wrong for various reasons.
So we formed LivingScape, a family-run, design/build general contracting business with the intent to provide the same conscientious approach we would expect if we were the client: Honesty, integrity, creativity, efficiency, flawless communication, impeccable Project Management, and meticulous attention to detail. All designed to provide an easier, less stressful, and more positive custom renovation and home building experience.
